I'm looking for a source of electron excitation energies for variable elements. E.g.:
(C: 2s2 2p2) -> (C: 2s1 2p3) compared to
(Pb: 6s2 6p2) -> (Pb: 6s1 6p3)
"Absolute" energies of those orbitals (= zero energy reference point) would also come in handy.
I haven't found any website link in Good chemistry websites so far.
