hi, I am new in basic electronics course. i m having some problem with simplifying the circuits using boolean algebra. can you suggest me any good book to practice this? and i also need a short chart of the laws.

This is just one tiny part of electronics. Are you sure you don't want something more comprehensive?

Practical Electronics for Inventors - this looks like a great book. It does have a section on boolean algebra and simplifying expressions with Karnaugh maps, probably this is what you are referring to. I don't have a better suggestion for you.
