Does it hurt on the left? That is where your spleen is located, it is an organ through which a lot blood is circulating. During excersize the increased flow of blood can make the organ sensitive.

You should always do a warming-up before excersize. Doing this properly will probably take care of this problem.

There are a few potential reasons why jogging may be causing discomfort in your belly area. First, it is possible that you are experiencing cramping or side stitches due to improper breathing techniques while jogging. It is important to focus on taking deep, steady breaths while running to avoid this type of discomfort.

Another possibility is that you are experiencing muscle strain or soreness in your abdominal muscles. Jogging can put a lot of strain on these muscles, especially if you are not used to regular exercise. It may be helpful to incorporate some abdominal strengthening exercises into your routine to help prevent this type of discomfort.

Lastly, it is important to make sure you are properly hydrated and fueling your body with nutritious foods before and after your jog. Dehydration or lack of proper nutrition can contribute to muscle fatigue and discomfort.

I would recommend consulting with a doctor or personal trainer to determine the exact cause of your discomfort and to find ways to prevent it in the future. Keep up with your jogging routine and listen to your body to ensure a safe and enjoyable exercise experience. Wishing you the best of luck on your fitness journey.
