Freedraw graph to best fit equation

I am looking for any program which would allow me to do one of the following:

1) Freedraw a graph and have a set number of samples taken from that graph and create a spreadsheet (x-y)

2) Freedraw a graph and have a best fit equation made

3) Given x-y arrays, create a best fit equation for them

IMPORTANT to know that the graph is non-linear, and consists of two curves and a linear line connecting the curves.

A program called CurveExpert formerly was available (downloadable). It was not fancy enough to do everything you listed, but at least you could select the points you want to include and enter them manually, and then use the commands and menus to find the best fit that you want.
