How to calculate CF Sandwich thickness?

Does anyone know how to calculate the desired "thickness" of the honeycomb/distance from neutral axis for a desired yield strength of a CF sandwich? Is using the basic deflection formula valid for carbon fiber along with the appropriate variables? I'm hoping to be able to find the young's modulus for a quasi-isotropic CF sheet.

Any help would be appreciated.
