Using density functional theory, can we get the eigenvalue of angular momentum?


Using density functional theory, can we get the operator of angular momentum?

We know that in quantum mechanics, we can get the operator of angular momentum and the eigenvalue of it. But in density functional theory, in many books, I only see the total Hamiltonian of the system. I am not sure if we can get other operators using commuting operators and do they have the same electron density(just like wavefunction if commuting)?
