[Easy] What am I doing wrong here?

Hey guys! Im new using Simulink. I was trying to simulate a circuit with an AC voltage source but the graph I get isn't anywhere near a sine wave. What do I need to put to the model to make it work??

Model:

Sorry no experience with Simulink - but what is the Voltage Source Freq and what is the Sample rate of the Sensor?

OK that is the source - but what is the sample frequency - or Minimum timestep in the simulation ( sensor)
