In summary, the speaker's friend went through a severe case of diarrhea six months ago and lost a lot of weight. The doctor said he narrowly escaped death, but recent reports show a deficiency in white blood cells, putting him at risk for viral diseases. He often gets high fevers or congestion and is tired of taking medication. The speaker is looking for a solution to help their friend, but it is recommended that he sees another doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I have a friend who got through diarrhoea, about six months ago, and this was a very worse case that I ever had seen in my life. He lost many kilos of his weight and the doc said that he has narrowly escaped death.

Now, it happened six months before, so, the problem is that his reports showed that he has got a deficiency of White Blood Cells because of which he would be very much in danger for many diseases, especially the viral ones.

So, this really proved true and from time to time, either he gets fever or congestion, mostly high fever though.

So, is there any solution to this problem ? !
He has been takings lots of medicines and now, he really hates medicines.

Any nutritious item or food or fruit or vegetable which may help him ? !

Really worried for him !

We could not possibly diagnose your friend. He should see another doctor if he is still ill. I hope he gets better.

What is WBC deficiency?

WBC deficiency, also known as leukopenia, is a condition where there is a decrease in the number of white blood cells (WBCs) in the body. WBCs are responsible for fighting off infections and diseases, so a deficiency can make a person more susceptible to illnesses.

What are the symptoms of WBC deficiency?

The symptoms of WBC deficiency may vary depending on the underlying cause, but common symptoms include frequent infections, fatigue, weakness, and slow healing of wounds.

What foods can help improve WBC levels?

Foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals, such as fruits, vegetables, and lean protein sources, can help improve WBC levels. Some specific examples include citrus fruits, leafy greens, garlic, and ginger.

Are there any specific diets or lifestyle changes that can help with WBC deficiency?

In addition to incorporating nutrient-dense foods into one's diet, maintaining a healthy lifestyle can also help improve WBC levels. This includes getting enough rest, staying hydrated, exercising regularly, and managing stress levels.

What other solutions are available for WBC deficiency?

In addition to dietary and lifestyle changes, there are also medical treatments available for WBC deficiency. These may include medications, such as antibiotics or immune stimulants, or bone marrow transplants in severe cases.
