I wasn't really sure where to start with. Can energy level be calculated at any of these, since the signal stretches to infinity?

Well, what does ∫f2(t)dt with lower limit = -∞ and upper limit = +∞ look like?

As for average power, easiest is to just integrate f2 over 1 period and divide by the period.
