In summary, a recent article about UFO sightings has revealed the appearance of strange metal boxes along coastal beaches. However, the validity of these sightings has been called into question due to a lack of evidence and credibility of the source. As a result, the thread discussing this topic has been closed.

Boxes too heavy to budge just floated up on a beach? And whoever photographed it took a picture into the sun casting the whole, out of focus picture into shadows? Sounds like a hoax to me.

I checked and don't see this referenced at any mainstream news source. I think we have a gossip column here - not a respectable source.

I cannot make any assumptions or conclusions without proper evidence and investigation. The presence of metal boxes on beaches is indeed a curious phenomenon, but we cannot jump to the conclusion that they are linked to UFO sightings without further research and analysis. It is important to approach this topic with an open mind and gather all available data before making any claims. Only through rigorous scientific methods can we truly understand the origin and purpose of these metal boxes.

What are these metal boxes found on Oregon and Sri Lanka beaches?

These metal boxes are shipping containers, also known as cargo containers. They are used to transport goods by sea.

How did these metal boxes end up on the beaches?

There are a few possible reasons for this. One possibility is that the containers were lost or fell off a cargo ship during rough seas. Another possibility is that they were intentionally dumped at sea by a ship or company. It is also possible that they were washed ashore during a storm.

Are the metal boxes harmful to the environment?

It depends on the contents of the containers and how they were disposed of. If they were carrying hazardous materials, they could potentially harm the environment and marine life. If they were empty and properly disposed of, they may not have any negative impact.

What should be done with the metal boxes found on the beaches?

The best course of action is to contact the proper authorities, such as the coast guard or local government, and report the findings. They will determine the best course of action for removing or disposing of the containers.

Are there any regulations for shipping containers to prevent this from happening?

Yes, there are regulations and safety standards in place for shipping containers. However, accidents or intentional dumping may still occur. It is important for shipping companies to follow these regulations and properly secure their cargo to prevent incidents like this from happening.
