Dirac and Majorana masses question

Hi!

How can I show that one fermion with Dirac mass is equivalent to two Majorana fermions which have equal masses and opposite phases, i.e.,

$$\psi_1^c = \psi_1, \,\,\, \psi_2^c = -\psi_2$$ ???
