Laboratory system to COM system conversion

I have calculated the double differential cross section of certain reactions at different outgoing energies and angles in the Laboratory system. I now need to convert the cross sections calculated, the energies and angles to the centre of mass system. Please can some one help me out with the transforming equations giving the meaning of each parameter.
