Mass Flow Rate

I want to calculate mass flow rate from cylinder to valve actually at valve inlet the means of connection is hose pipe the pressure is 54 kg/cm2 and the inlet of valve is having dia. 25 mm this valve is subjected for test rig the cylinder contains nitrogen gas

please help
