i did this experiment in my school where i measured reverse saturation current at different temperatures for a given reverse voltage. I used this data to compute band gap. now since band gap depends upon temperature, i am not sure how to report my results. i should report as some eV at some temperature but i was varying temperature. what temperature should i report with the bang gap?
