because everything works in radians in particular, v = rω only works in radians

But sorry for your answer. I need a explanation that why don't we use degree instead of radians?? Why physicist agree to use radians particularly.

if we use radians, everything is easier …
v = rω a = rα etc

no … if we use degrees …
v = 2πrω/360 a = 2πrα/360
