I think this is what your referring to.

Constants of Physics

The constants of physics are not "Universal" due to the fact that the stability of atomic structure is dependent upon the density of impacting emission and the density of impacting emission varies over space and time.

Where did you get that idea?

1. What are the 26 constants and why are they important in science?

The 26 constants refer to a set of fundamental physical quantities that are believed to be fixed and unchanging throughout the universe. These constants play a crucial role in the laws of physics and allow scientists to make accurate predictions and calculations.

2. How were the 26 constants determined and measured?

The 26 constants have been determined through centuries of scientific research and experimentation. Some of them, such as the speed of light, were measured directly in laboratory experiments. Others, such as the gravitational constant, are derived from other fundamental constants.

3. Are the 26 constants truly constant or do they change over time?

While the 26 constants have been believed to be constant, there is ongoing research to study whether they may have varied in the past or could potentially change in the future. Some theories, such as string theory, suggest that these constants may have different values in parallel universes.

4. How do the 26 constants impact our understanding of the universe?

The 26 constants are essential in our understanding of the physical laws that govern the universe. They help explain phenomena such as the expansion of the universe, the formation of galaxies, and the behavior of particles at the quantum level.

5. Can the 26 constants be changed or manipulated by humans?

As far as our current knowledge and technology go, humans do not have the ability to change or manipulate the 26 constants. These values are deeply ingrained in the laws of physics and any attempt to alter them would likely have catastrophic consequences for the universe as we know it.
