Constant internal energy with volume change??
My book says that you can change the temperature of a substance at constant internal energy by changing only the volume.
how can this happen?
since the internal Energy E is this:
[itex]\Delta[/itex] E = q + w = q - P[itex]\Delta[/itex]V
where q is heat, w is work, and V is volume
