piezoresistive pressure sensor

hello,
i m using comsol tool to analyze piezoresistive pressure sensor.. i m not able to get plot of pressure vs displacement etc...and not getting the terms given in replace expression.... plz help me as soon as possible...

is the piezoresistive physics is not available in 2D structure design in comsol 4.3a?
