why? there are as many ways as there are natural numbers and maybe if they cant be counted.

there's a famous Chinese story called the Ten Stone Lions all written with different characters that are pronounced with the same sound "shur" but all with varying tones in Mandarin chinese.
- ten=shur
- stone=shur
- lion=shur.

Maybe that's how it would sound if it's someone from Beijing doing the talking. =P

As for the OP's topic, if 4.00 is a valid variation, then how about we just do

$$4.\underbrace{0\dots0}_{\mbox{n zeros}}$$
for n = 1 to 100 and call it a day? =P

As for the last one on your list, it needs to be understood that you're writing it in base-2.

Anyway, what's the point of this?
