Ugly babies, where do they come from?

In summary, the conversation discusses the concept of genetics and how it affects the physical appearance of children. It is mentioned that while there may be a tendency for ugly parents to have ugly children, this is not always the case and beauty is subjective. The role of dominant and recessive genes is also mentioned, as well as the idea that good-looking parents usually have good-looking children. However, the conversation ends with a humorous remark about blaming the mother's side for ugly grandchildren.

From ugly parents? Maybe. If one parent is ugly and the other beautiful is the baby going to be ugly or beautiful? Just as in Math, 2 negatives make a positive and 1 negative makes a negative is this the way it happens with ugly babies? Do ugly babies stay ugly for life? I don't think so, at least not in every case.

lol

I dunno. Ugly people usually have ugly kids, but that's just genetics isn't it?

beauty is in the eye of the beholder..

having said that, it all depends on genetics and the chances of getting those genes based on the dominant and recessive traits...and your perception of what ugly is

good looking parents usually have good looking kids..tho I am not sure about the other way around

You'd get a better response if you posted this in biology.

You know what they say, "Beauty is only skin deep...

...But ugly goes all the way to the bone!"

I vote for ugly grandparents on the mother's side.

1. Where do ugly babies come from?

Ugly babies, like all babies, are born from their mothers' wombs. They are the result of the fertilization of an egg by a sperm in the mother's uterus.

2. Are ugly babies born that way or do they become ugly?

Ugly babies are born that way. A baby's appearance is determined by their genetics, which are inherited from their parents. It is not something that changes over time.

3. Is it possible for two attractive parents to have an ugly baby?

Yes, it is possible for two attractive parents to have an ugly baby. Attractiveness is determined by a combination of genetic and environmental factors, and it is possible for a baby to inherit genes from their parents that result in an unattractive appearance.

4. Can ugly babies grow up to be attractive?

Yes, just like how attractive babies can grow up to become unattractive adults, ugly babies can also grow up to be attractive. Physical appearance can change as a person grows and develops, and it is not solely determined by genetics.

5. Do ugly babies have any health or developmental issues?

No, ugly babies do not have any health or developmental issues simply because of their appearance. While there are certain genetic conditions that can affect a baby's appearance, being ugly itself is not a sign of any health or developmental concerns.
