A real simple question but need confirmation:
When I have a simple Spring/ Friction Damper system where the value of the spring stiffness is say A(Nm) and the Damping is B(Nm). If the value is B > A, will the Spring system still work? Or will the spring just keep still no matter what the input torque is?
