imagine this:

you are walking down the street as per normal, suddenly you find yourself many many years in the future with a bunch people in white suits standing around you.
how is this possible? when you were walking down the street you were shot and instantly killed by some gunman, and between that time and when you wake up humanity has found a way of resurecting dead tissue. so they begin resurecting all (decent) deceased humans and finally get to you. you are resurected and because your brain wasnt working for all those years you feel as though not a moment has passed since you were on the street.

my friends and i were talking about this when we were theorizing that a vat of ankle muscles (because ankle muscles would have to be very strong to keep you standing all day) may be able to sustain life. cool eh?
