The cholesterol sceptics

seems to be a groving ammount of medical experts that thinks cholesterol isnt the devil that its made out to be. Quite the opposit that both LDL and HDL cholesterol is healthy even at high levels.

Others think that cholesterol is a sign of a problem not the cause of it.

Is this just bull**** and cracks that tries to make a buck out of selling controversial books or is there any truth to it
