A new Grand Unification Theory?

I found this on a website a friend sent me, I'm wondering what peoples responses would be to this controversial Unifying theory?

Just click on the book section to download.

The downloadable version of the book is free although you'll need a good connection.

Any thoughts, the maths is way beyond me. Like to see if anyone has any ideas or comments apparently this theory has attracted $50,000,000 in funding already. So some people like it but there are arguments that some of the vector calculations are inacurate? Thoughts, possible inacuracies?

I'll leave this open for now. Any claims made must be supported with evidence - a paper from a credible source.
