REALLY cheap phone calls

i've found Wengo - it's a GPL'ed messaging software, which uses all the standards of VoIP (unlike Skype which uses it's own propriaty protocol)
it can connect to MSN, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, Gmail, Jabber, and more networks.
like with skype, you can talk with a webcam or a microphone, or just type...
but unlike skype, you can talk to everyone (except with skype, because they won't let anyone use their protocol)

anyway, the best reason to use this software over skype is it's call rate to normal phones.
