Bug: Guidelines Agreement in RSS Feed

It doesn't happen for the main site feed, but I've noticed for the philosophy forums, one cannot view the posts because the guideline agreement shows up instead, due to the fact that it shows up when trying to view the site while not being logged in. Given that these are posting guidelines, and one cannot post without being logged in, I am assuming that this is unintentional, especially since it only occurs in subforums and not for the main posting guidelines. Any way to fix it?
