Q: If you know how much heat a bar is putting out, what is the temperature at the center of the bar?

Can someone please give me a proper equation to solve this problem or give me link to the website that is related to the equation equation above. It's been so long since my last heat transfer course and i don't have the text book anymore and i can't find anything on the internet either. thanx in advance.
