PF Photo Contest - Photo "Trip"

I got this idea from MIH's contribution to my cropping thread:

So the assignment is to take any picture you like and photoshop it to create something "trippy", something surreal/hallucinogenic, that has the atmosphere of the Beatle's song "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds", or their animated film Yellow Submarine. Think: Magical Mystery Tour, think: "Because the wind is high, it blows my mind."

If you like you can post both the original and then what you've done to it for comparison.

Not really a contest. You can post as many entries as you have time to fool around with. Some people will be more into it than others.

OK, here's a slightly modified image of a bald eagle. I shot the original picture from a distance of about 1/10 mile through a 5" SCT.

Thanks. The 'scope I was using had a very solid mount and I had a pretty good location - the problem was the wind. This is the best shot I could get, because the shutter speed was a bit on the longish side due to the high f-ratio, so the pine branches were blurry in most pictures, or the eagle moved a bit and he was blurred. I shot a whole roll of film to get this one picture.
