Dictionary of Mathematical Terms and a Calculus book

I just picked up two new books today, Calculus, by Dover Pub. and Dictionary of Mathematical Terms. I reccomend both they are very well written and very easy to understand.

What's the dictionary like? Can you scan a couple of pages?

I have a few calc books, and a penguin maths dictionary which has been great but sometimes lacks detail.
