A placard above it says it's authentic, painted by the serial killer himself. How creepy is that?

There are very few things that I actually fear. I dreaded even clicking on this thread. But I was brave...and now I will never sleep again.

Because of 'It', a whole generation is left with a clownophobia. It should be sewed.

'It' may have compounded that fear, but fear of clowns was around before that book and movie. Stephen King has a way of tapping into peoples existing fears and just running amuck with them.
