I am currently working on an investigation on the effects of varying enzyme concentration on the rate of hydrolysis of casein. I have looked on the internet to work out the maximum rate, but they all depnd on one variable - substrate concentration. I cannot find any mathematical expressions to work out rate by altering the concneration of enzyme. Can anyone help please??
