What the ...?

Can somebody please just explain his Churchill quote?

NOTE: I ain't criticising his invasion of Iraq coz (I can't believe I'm actually typing this) he did rid the world of a tyrant. BUT c'mon the Churchill thing is just wrong!

Well he's not actually quoting "Churchill" now is he, he is simply comparing the similarities in the pathways (His, and Churchills, and Blairs too!) that are being followed...so...?
 
there is a subtle difference between Bush and Churchill...Churchill was good at his job.
 
Basically I suspect that the difference is in Churchill's Enemy had shown his colors, clearly enough, in his actions in Poland, France, etc. demonstrating his direction of wanting World Dominance...You can figure out the rest...right?
