time of water flow in a tube

We have a horizontal tube, with radius of 10 cm, length of 100m. At t=0, a liquid with density of 1010 kg/m^3 is being pumped from one edge, liquid enters the tube with an initial velocity of 2030 m/s. Liquid has a flow rate of 70m^3/s and it's viscosity co-efficient is 55 mm^2/s. When does the liquid completes it's way in tube and comes out from the other edge?
