Is Space-Time discrete?...

I think that if space time was discrete we wouldn,t have divergences or other anomalies...but can it be?..and if so how it should be treated?....

Loop quantum gravity has a discrete spacetime. This does remove many field theory divergences.

Nobody knows if the basic description is correct or not though.

Just to add -- it is completely possible for discrete things to be divergent. Think Harmonic series. Discretness doesn't imply finiteness.
