Electrophoresis Imaging System
For the molecular biologists:
We are thinking about buying a new E.I.S., right now we need a darkroom to take a picture of an agarose gel, so I am interested in one of those things with a hood that can be put on any table. Do you have any suggestions? Which one do you use currently? |

Our department is using the Alpha imager and its software from Alpha innotech corporation. It does the job and beat a darkroom protocol and you can get good quality picture. We sometimes have problem with the software due to a conflict between the computer hardware and the AlphaImager.
