The amplification coeficient of a SEM
Hello everybody,
I just think of some pictures of SEM (screening electronic microscopy) and do not know how small the SEM technique can get to (nm, pm etc..). Are there any techniques that can see even smaller?. Please help me with that. Thanks. |
