This was a tough one. I ended up going for jtbell, but was really contemplating voting for robphy for that frightening view from the window of the plane!

It is a very nice place to take a walk. Lots of trails run through the city so it's actually pretty great, especially the river valley ones. In some of them you can actually forget you really are in a city. I pretty much live on them in the summer, I usually spent my days off riding my bike exploring the trails.....got pretty lost sometimes, even ended up in some rather sketchy areas but eventually I found my way back....haha.
