Studying Corrosion
I'm going to be doing a corrosion-related project of some sort over the summer. I've only been introduced to the very basics of the topic, but from anyone who knows about it I'd like to ask:
What are the primary differences (in layman's terms) between aqueous and aerial corrosion. I'll be studying either corrosion of a material in a high-temperature air environment or under high-temperature liquids, and I want to know if there are any facts that should sway my decision on which way to go. |
