"Cryotiger" closed-loop CCD chiller repairs/service

I've got several "Cryotiger" chillers that are in need of service, and
it seems that the original manufacturer (IGC Polycold) sold this
branch off to Brooks Automation. So far I have gotten nothing but non-
responses to phone messages, incorrect information, and long lead-
times for what should be off-the-shelf items, etc. etc. from Brooks,
so I'm wondering if there is anyone around who has some clue about
these systems, or better yet if there is anyone around who can service
them.
