Perpetual Water fountain?

Where can I find the designs for the next best thing to a perpetual water device?

I want to use a micro-hydro generator at my home but I do not have any running water near by.

Is there a way to create a running water source for a micro-hydro genereator in my home?

Just a crazy thought.... free electricity......:-)
