Bartle's "The Elements of Real Analysis"
Hello,
I am taking a class that will be using the secnd edition of Bartle's "The Elements of Real Analysis". However, I have the first edition of the book and don't want to buy the second one if I don't need to. Does anyone know the difference between the 1st and 2nd editions? Edit: Does anyone know if the Preface for the 2nd ed. is online (legally) somewhere? If so I'm sure he will comment on the difference there. |
