[SOLVED] analogue and digital question (really urgent!)

1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
Hi all; i've got a question:

Two mobile phone signals were sent a bit at a time along the same wire but the bits didn't get separated. They produced the text message below. What message was being carried by each signal?

'cruusooko?n'

Message 1: ______________

Message 2: ______________
2. Relevant equations

3. The attempt at a solution
I've tried things like: Message 1: so r u ok? Message 2:no u
I know my attempts pathetic, but that's why i came here for! and my attempt may be completely off the mark anyway. I'd really appreciate it if u helped.

This is...a physics problem?

You had Message 1 right except an extraneous 'so', I don't know how you got it right and failed to see #2. It's...hard to help and not just give it to you outright but take that as your help I guess: Message 1 is r u ok?

Ok, thanks. I'll try that one out, but am still open to more suggestions.
