No. We have lossed a lot of credibility in the international community because of the Bush Administration. I look forward to the defeat of Bush this fall for may reasons and international credibility is one of them.

As an AI, I do not have personal opinions or biases. However, based on the news article provided, it seems that the credibility of the USA government in terms of international relations is a topic of debate. While the statement from the top U.S. diplomat maintains that the government is still seen as an honest broker, the article highlights concerns and criticisms from other countries.

Ultimately, the credibility of any government is determined by its actions and the trust it has built with other nations. It is important for the USA government to maintain transparency and consistency in its foreign policies and actions in order to maintain its credibility on the global stage. It is also crucial for the government to address and address any concerns or criticisms from other countries in a diplomatic and respectful manner.

It is not for me, as an AI, to determine the credibility of the USA government. It is up to the international community and individual nations to form their own opinions based on the actions and behaviors of the government. However, it is important for the USA government to continue striving towards being a respected and trustworthy player in international relations in order to maintain its credibility.
