Pendulum problem!!!H!e!!!l!!p!!

I just needed to know whether or not a pendulum depends on the length of string used when detecting its velocity at it's lowest point it's swing. I know the shorter the string the greater the frequency but that's all where I'm getting at. Also, is this related to the angle of the inclined plane? Thanks
