Micro Flows Vs Normal Flows

Hi i am relatively new to the field of fluid dynamics . i need some information on the difference between microflows and normal flows in pipes is every thing just scaled down or there are differences.

also how can i calculate the wetted perimeter of a pipe which has a full flow of liquid
