I need HELP!!!! FAST!
Okay, I have been up all night doing my physics and geometry homework (I hate geometry).
I can barely think... I need to sleep... But I have to wake up at 7am... so yeah
heres my questions:
1. In a 15 volt potential, a particle has a potential energy of -0.67 Joules. What is the particles charge?
2. A +3.5 mC charged particle (m=1.2kg) is shot with an initial velocity of 198 m/sec towards a =2.1 mC stationary charge. If the particle starts out 1.6 meters from the stationary charge, how close will it come to the charge before turning around and moving away?
3. A proton (m=1.7X10^-27kg, q=+1.6x106-19C) is placed at the edge of the positive plate of a 3.5 x 10^-6 F capacitor. If the capacitor holds 16 mC of the charge on its positive plate, how fast will the proton be moving when it reaches the negative plate of the capacitor?
