How to superscript / subscript text without Latex?

Guesing it was just html tags using [ ] instead of < >

So removing the spaces from the left side produces the right side:

normal [ sup ] superscript [ /sup ] text = normal^superscripttext

normal [ sub ] subscript [ /sub ] text = normal_subscripttext

Nesting works as well. x^xxxxxxxxx (increase the size of the browser font to see... often CTRL-scrollwheel)

If I can't practice, I can't practice. It is as simple as that. It ain't about that at all. It's easy to sum it up if you're just talking about practice.
