Contacts concerning old Pfeiffer TPU's in particular?

Hi @all,

I have a question concering old Balzers/Pfeiffer Vacuum Pumps and
controllers. I have a Balzers TPU 180 HM which is dead and I phoned
with the guys from Pfeiffer Vacuum who told me that they don't support
this type of Pump any longer. Additionally, I have a Balzers TCS 304 R
which is totally dead (imho). So my question is whether there is a
third-party organisation who still repairs these pumps and devices.
