edge diffraction of spherical wave

What would be the nature of the diffracted wave produced when the
spherical wave hits a sharp edge. For a plane wave, edge diffraction
results in a cone of rays. What if the incident wave itself is a
diffracted wave ? What would be the pattern then ?
