Matlab: Figure, Mouse, Coordinate Values

Hello

To plot some data the Matlab function contourf() is being used and it would
be great to know the X and Y coordinate values while moving the mouse pointer
inside of it.

I remember that for the Matlab plot() function there is some type of function
that enables the feature above described

Does anyone know the name of this function or a way how to get the X and Y coordinates
values while "dragging"? with the mouse inside a Matlab Figure?

Best Regards and thank you
